Hi Team,
I’m exploring the “Zendesk Support” and working with the connector, I’m creating the ticket by using Twitter accounts. I observed, which tickets I was created by using twitter account is not under the Organizations. I’m getting as API response as "organization_id": null
A couple of days before the same way I was creating the tickets, In that time I observed all the tickets is part of the under default organizations. But now it’s not, only the tickets created manually by using Zendesk UI, is coming under the default organizations.
Is there any functionality changes in Zendesk Support for the Tickets?
