Is there any API endpoint that will provide agents status like online, offline. if API is possible is there any API to get the availability based on department or gorup.

We do have agent availability APIs that you can view here. Narrowing it to specific groups isn't a queryable parameter or endpoint, however you can filter group ids and then lookup group names with the Show Group endpoint if that would be helpful.
