Hello! Please help, is it possible with Zendesk API to make some actions from the internal CRM system?
What is needed exactly:
We want to press some "Button" in our internal CRM system and change the status of the ticket in Zendesk. For example - ticket is in "awaiting" status in Zendesk. After we pressed button in our internal CRM - the ticket's status will be "Solved". Is it possible to do such with Zendesk API?
This would require some development with your CRM system, but you can definitely update a ticket to change the status with our REST API.
