I have couple of issues with Qlik integration,
1- the ticket description, if it has an imoji then this ticket does not get stored into mysql or excel or any source
2- can we have access to the ticket activites; ex; if a ticket has been marked as solved today, and the customer has added a satisfactory comment, the updated_at date changes to the latest date, and of this we can't get the Solved date/time
It's possible to get the solved date for a ticket from the Ticket Metrics API. This can also be included in Incremental Exports of tickets via sideload. I recommend reaching out to the Qlik team for more assistance with how their connector pulls Zendesk data for the integration.
