Integrating Instagram Messages with Zendesk: Data Retrieval and Response Challenges

I create a webhook to get tickets from Zendesk and can read out tickets and their comments, as well as user information, etc., using the Zendesk API. How can I read out information from an Instagram message? With tickets, it takes several minutes for the messages (comments) to appear. Furthermore, I am wondering how I can reply to an Instagram message. Normally, adding a comment to the ticket with the Zendesk API does not work; this is only possible with Twitter, Facebook, and email.
