Hi, I just found this article https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408845951002-Embedding-customer-service-in-mobile-apps-with-the-Support-SDK and we want to integrate our own chat that we have in our app (IOS & Android) with Zendesk, is that possible?

You wouldn't be able to integrate it via our SDK. Though would you be able to tell me more about what you're hoping to do? I can then propose some other options for you.
