I want to register new user account by using API.
I want to set ‘agent role’ for ‘Support' and ‘viewing role’ for ‘Guide’.
What value should I put in which setting?
We are subscribed to the "Support Professional" plan.

Unfortunately, you can't create a custom role via API. You would have to create it in the Admin center first. Once created you can then grab the custom role id and apply it when calling the Create User endpoint.
I also want to note that custom roles are also not available for this plan it is exclusively an Enterprise plan feature.
