Is there any option in Zendeks API in which we can find the number of views in Zendesk posts and KB articles?
I need to fetch the number of views in Zendesk post and articles.
I think you can report on the Article views from Zendesk Explore mate.
Go to Explore>Reports>Guide>Knowledgebase
Metrics>Articles Views.

Are there any plans to add the number of views to the Community-related API calls? This is useful information that can be used to attract members' attention to posts/comments.

Hi Dermot! I'm not aware of any current plans, so I would recommend posting in their feedback forum to share your use case. I didn't see an exact question already asked in there (although I may have missed it), however I did see this post, which is similar. If that doesn't work for you, just add your own request in there!

Unfortunately this data isn't available via API. As Jahn recommended, using explore is your best bet for this.
