How to use cursor based incremental export on articles
tried this endpoint /api/v2/help_center/incremental/articles/cursor.json?start_time=660044151
but it didnt work

Currently cursor based exports are only supported for tickets (we talk about this here), though we're continuing to work on adding this capability for other endpoint categories.
