Hi there,
I have to convert roughly 500 light agents to end users. I'm trying to test the create-update API with Postman, but I'm receiving errors.

    Hi Hugo,
     
    You may use the Update Many Users API endpoint with the parameter role set to "end-user". Would you mind sharing the error that you are receiving?
