I've created two custom fields at the user-level and am trying to sync them via Stitch to Snowflake. However, I'm unable to locate the fields, even though they're visible in the Zendesk UI. Does anyone know how to find them?

Hi Anna! I'm not familiar with the product that you referenced, but if you are looking to show the user fields associated with a specific user, you would want to use this endpoint. If you are looking to simply view the user field itself, then you would use this endpoint. Let us know if you have any more questions!
