How to run trigger on an old tickets?

Hi,

I just want to know how to run a trigger on tickets that we already received?

As we got 19k spam emails and want to close all of them with 1 click i/o select 100 tickets and mark them as a spam, because it will take a long time :(

How do you know they are all spam, or how are you identifying these tickets? I'm thinking you may be able to use an automation (rather than a trigger).

As all of them have the same subject line, and from different emails, using my colleage signature & requesting us to finish a payment for an order!

So, of course they are all spam
