I am trying to create a ticket via API which captures my system location in tickets? Is there a way we can ignore or stop it?

Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Once a ticket is created via API, the creation event is also included, and you will find Web Service noted as well as the coding language and IP address used to post the ticket.
