Hi,

From chat bot how we can get chat conversation to my custom widget  which we have created using zendesk app and how to display conversation in custom widget.

Thank you for your reply

  We have created a html page, now we need to pass the User Message from ongoing conversation to the my own created html page widget which is integrated on Zendesk agent workspace by using iframe app, Please suggest the possible ways for this.

We are attaching image please look into this , We want ongoing conversation inside zendesk iframe.
