I am using the "Messaging" feature for "Tickets" (a chat on the website). I would like to receive a webhook notification for every message sent on a ticket in my account. Is it possible to configure this?

I'd suggest taking a look in to triggers. You'd be able to set up a trigger which notifies a webhook when certain conditions are met. Here's a link that should be useful:
