Hi,
Is there any easy way to add images to a form that was created in Zendesk? Ideally, I am looking to show images of all the options in a multi-select dropdown, the easiest possible way with the most minimal programming. Any help would be much appreciated.

It appears that you've also chatted with our support team about this. Based on the conversation you had with my colleague, this isn't possible with Zendesk's native tickets forms, but you could create a custom ticket form.
