I understand that Zendesk search allows us to obtain results filtering by Category, Type, or other as default setting. In addition, I realized that Search API allows us to filter results by Section or Label.
Do I understand the feature correctly? Is there anyone who implements that feature? Please help~
Yes! You can use these various filter parameters as shown in the docs. For more info on the search and query functionality you can check out this article. It explains and demonstrates what goes on when a search is executed via the Help Center.
