Help Center (Guide): On the New Request page, how do make the end-user's external ID or custom user field values visible?

Hi!

I am customizing a Help Center theme.
I want to display the end user's external ID and custom fields in the new request form.
I can't seem to get any information other than name and avatar image in the developer docs.

Is there any way to achieve this, such as using javascript?

      Hi Shuichi,
       
      End users do not have access to view custom user fields or the external ID.  Can you share a general overview of what you're looking to achieve by including these values on the request form?
