Hello, I am looking to get the article attachment download count; I assume every time an attachment in an article is clicked on, the count is recorded somewhere. Is there any way to get this via API or even Explore?
We'd like to see how many times an attachment is downloaded because it means the user is engaged with the tutorial, as they need the attachment to proceed.

This is an interesting metric to look for. I just checked the API and didn't see any data point for this, and I haven't heard of it being in Explore (could be wrong). One thing that might work though is to use the Analytics software on the HC, Google Analytics being the default. Are you using it now, or have you tried to look for the information in there? If I recall correctly, it can track the number of clicks on different elements.
