I would like to export the webpath of our visitors. In the CSV when exporting "user details" I only have the "landing page". Is there a way to export these data?

Hi Pauline! When you're exporting user data in Zendesk, you're exporting information that is saved to their user profile. Since a webpath can change for a user each time they visit your site, this isn't information that we store natively. Depending on how you're utilizing our platform tools to integrate Zendesk into your product, you could always add a customer user field and pass that webpath along to it. There are different considerations based on your needs and your implementation, so if you have additional questions, please let us know exactly how you're users are interacting with Zendesk and which platform tools you're using.
Hi Greg! Yes sorry, I should have been more precise in my request. I am using Zendesk chat and I would like to export here the " visitor path" that I can see here when checking users' details. Is the solution you are proposing will work to export this?
