I was hoping somebody could help me out with some roadblocks I'm coming up against.
Our business has multiple help centers, and many of our customers use more than 1 of our brands. Which also means that many have tickets on multiple brands at once.
I'm looking for a way to display ALL of a single users tickets whenever they go to the My Requests page, regardless of which brand they are on.
For example:
Customer A has tickets from brand 1, 2, & 4. If they go to brand 3, I want them to see all of their tickets from the other brands.
Has anyone found a solution to this?
Thanks for posting your question to the Community! Unfortunately, this isn't something inherently supported in Guide. However, you could build a custom page that displays all of the end-user's requests across all brands. This would require you to utilize the Requests API and build out your own UI for it.
Another option would be to have all requests default to one brand with the use of triggers. This will allow all requests to live in the My Activities/Requests page. You would also want to create a custom ticket field where you can still set the value of the original brand for the request.
