Deletion of Custom Objects trough the API does not decrement the memory Usage

Dear Zendesk Community,

 

i have a question regarding the memory usage for custom objects. 

Our Customer uses the Custom Objects as a way to store “orders”, “offers” and their corresponding Positions.

cause the large amount of Data we are working with, we implemented a local script which deletes all custom object entries prior to 3 years.

 

Unfortunatly tho after successfully deleting about ~1,5 Mio entries the memory usage displayed in the admin center does not get lower. 

 

Has anyone else had issues with this?
