Dark mode implementation issues

Hi Team,

We are currently working on implementing dark mode for our iOS users. We faced the problem with FAQ screen that cannot be dispayed in dm since it contains HTML.

 

Is there anything we can do about it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the answer. 

    The SDK we are using is as follows:

    ZendeskChatSDK (2.12.0), ZendeskAnswerBotSDK (2.2.0), ZendeskSupportSDK (5.5.0)

    Unfortunately I don’t think it’s going to be possible with the SDK you’re currently implementing. You might like to take a look at the Zendesk SDK which fully supports dark mode out of the box:
