I am using Zendesk API to pull data into Power BI, and the integration seems great. The only issue I am noticing immediately is that the custom fields we have created within Zendesk don't get pulled over as data fields. Is there any way to make sure that our custom fields will actually be a part of our overall database so that we can create the visuals we are hoping for?

The ticket data returned by our APIs will include custom field data. For the best assistance with what info displays in Power BI, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft. They maintain the Zendesk-Power BI connector.
