Creating Users using Zapier Integration

We have a requirement to create users from BetterCloud and I am using Zapier integration to fulfill this. We are able to achieve user creation from BetterCloud App but it has the ability to only create users and assign the standard roles like "Agent", End-User", "Admin". We have few "custom" roles created in our Zendesk Org that we want users to assign. Unfortunately in the integration we do not have the the custom roles showing up. Can we use the Create User API and achieve this and how?

    Hi @prateek11,

    Yes, you can absolutely create users with a custom role using the API endpoint you mentioned. You'll just need to add the "custom_role_id" value to the JSON body, along with the role of "agent".
