Hello!

I need assistance here:)

How to create a trigger that will count messages in Zendesk Chat and add a tag to that ticket at the end of the chat?
I need a tag "10-30 msg" for example, for chats where we had 10 to 30 replicas from an agent or just in total. Is it possible to make such a trigger via the developer tool in Chat Triggers or somehow via Admin Console?

Hey Mykola,

Unfortunately this isn't possible natively. What are you hoping to accomplish with this?

Hi Eric,

I want to filter chats for evaluation using this tag. I don't want chats that are too small or too big, so I'd like to have the tag on chats with a total number of replicas between 20 and 60.
Why do I think this way? Because in Scorebuddy I can filter using tags. It would be very helpful for me.

Hey Mykola,

I'd suggest using explore to create a report to capture this information.

Hope this helps!

Thank you!

Will try this way:)

One last question, please. Is it possible to limit the number of words or characters an agent can send to a customer in a chat? For example, like on Twitter - 140 characters.

Hey Mykola,

Unfortunately, I can't think of a way to accomplish this. Apologies!

Have a great day.
