Our team send request to Zendesk api and get the error below:
We get the error message:
Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established
This error only occur for the company located in China, but when we call from other country e.g. Thailand, it can process successfully.
Please give us an instruction that where/how does we'll track the error and fix it.

Unfortunately this is most likely due to Chinese ISP's. We talk about this problem here.
