Client authentication failed due to unknown client, no client authentication included, or unsupported authentication method.

For some time now, the oAuth flow has not been working correctly. We use a global oAuth client, but https://api.getbase.com/oauth2/authorize suddenly reports that the client is no longer known. Has anyone ever had a similar problem? How did you solve it?
