Hi. I’m looking to improve our quote journey and would like to be able to provide users with FAQ information without directing them away from the journey in a new tab, to look through Help Centre articles. I’m hoping there is a way to open an FAQ within the Zendesk widget after clicking on a hyperlink. Has anyone any ideas on how to do this please? Thanks in advance!
