I am using POST https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats to create chats and I am also able to get the result using GET https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats created by POST but where to see these chat on Zendesk UI that I am using with trial version of Zendesk Suite Professional.
Kindly look into it.

You can find these under the visitors tab of your Zendesk instance. Please note that you have to be listed online as an agent to get notified of new chats. I'd suggest reading through our getting started guide.
