CHAT API authorization problem

Hi all,

I am using Zendesk Trial Version of Suite Professional and I am trying running CHAT API using POSTMAN but giving error as Unauthorized access. I am using bearer token and providing basis authentication as well, using my Zendesk username and password.

API that I am using is : https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats.

I am attaching the Screen Shot as well for better understanding.

Kindly look into it and help me out , what new steps I need to follow. Is there anything that I am missing please let me know.

Two things I'd check here:
  1. Confirm you have an active Zendesk chat user account in the instance you're trying to access.
  2. Confirm you've implemented OAuth authentication. Here's an article with more details on how to do that.
