We have an integration with Boomi and Zendesk needs to allow Boomi to generate tokens. Are only admins able to enable/allow each token or can I create a separate role?
Can I give a light agent or team leader the agility to generate an API token?

Admins are only allowed to create api tokens as the tokens themselves have the elevated permissions of an admin. I'm not familiar with Boomi, but you should see if they support OAuth as this would provide you the flexibility that you need.
