Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately from that doc page I can't see any examples for retrieving historical call data from Zendesk, as I do with the tickets. Do you know of a more detailed documentation page?

I am looking at this one:

But the URL /v2/calls returns an error.

Thank you for your help. I am already using the tickets incremental API, but some metrics like call duration, call missed etc are not available as far as I know. Where could I get those from?

Thank you, this API seems to have quite a bit of information on calls.

Regarding the tickets comments, I can't find them on the tickets API, do they come through a different endpoint?
