I noticed that the "Call Driver" attribute is available in the "Ticket custom field" schema, but I wasn't able to find that attribute in the Talk API documentation.

Can you send us a screenshot to take a look? Are you sure this isn't a ticket field that was created in your account at some point? Maybe for users to document the reason for the call?
