Hello. I'd like to set up bulk redirects (100s) from our Intercom to Zendesk. How do we do this and is there a request limit we need to consider?

Hi Henry! If you are keeping your Intercom instance around, you can use our Redirect Rules API to accomplish this. The only limits that would apply here are your plans general API limits, as well as the total number of allowable redirects that you set, which is capped at 50,000. Each redirect has to be set up on its own, as we don't offer any bulk options like you were asking about.
