Is there a feature or a support app I can build in Zendesk as a button or link to auto populate end-user accounts on a separate browser tab from an external CRM/Database?

@ronel - I think there may be some different options available for this, including some pre-built integrations with a variety of tools like Salesforce, as well as being able to utilize Zendesk webhooks to push data to external system or even by connecting with a custom app. May I ask what CRM/Database you are looking to update specifically?
