When I upload any file its get uploaded, but when I want it to show to the attachment the file is broken. What am I missing on my code?

That is the weird part, we're not really getting any errors when attaching.

I am also facing the same issue, there is no error at all but also the image is broken on Zendesk, please advise if you guys have any solution
