Attachment content download

Hi,

When I tried to download the attachments of the ticket, I can only able to get the redirect page of that attachment only. But I need to get the content of the attachment like Encoded data for one my automated process. I don't want to download the data in my system, Instead of that I need to get the content of the attachment. Is there any way to achieve it? 

Note: I tried to access it through Boomi Integration Tool (REST API).

    Hi MKP,
     
    The attachment content URL will always redirect to the file location.  So any tool used to download the file will need to be able to follow redirects.
