We're seeing a strange issue in one of our sandboxes.
When we try to attach an image (jpg, png, gif, ...) to an article using the API, it returns a 500 error with no additional information.
We know the request is formatted properly because the same exact request with any other type of file (zip, txt, pdf, ...) succeeds, and the same request to our main instance or another sandbox succeeds in attaching the image. It is only erroring when attaching an image to an article in a specific sandbox.
The API we are using is https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/help_center/help-center-api/article_attachments/#create-article-attachment
