Are rate limits per account, token, or subdomain?

Hi all,

I have a ZenDesk admin account with API capabilities and am limited by the rate limit in a couple of my scripts that use the incremental ticket call. If each script had its own individual api token under the same account (rather than using the same token for each script), would that help with the issue? In other words, is the rate limit subject to each api token, or subject to my account as a whole?

Any help would be appreciated

Hey There, 

The rate limit is subject to your account as a whole and is based on your subscription plan. There is a table in this link here that shows you the breakdown of the limits per plan level.
