Hi Team,
 

I am new to the zendesk, I have one requirement I have existing ticket and macro id aswell. I have to use the macro to update my body and subject which is already recorded in the macro. How to do that via api. Please give me example ?

Hello! You can use the Update Ticket endpoint to apply your macro. If you want to confirm before applying the macro, you can use this endpoint first which will show you the changes that would be made to the full ticket object.
