API NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Basically i've been testing zendesk for 1 week now, planning to buy it, but now it seems that is not working well.

Most of the time, when I open the widget, I don't receive the welcome message from the bot and after that i send a message to the backoffice , i can't see the reply.

Luckly is not happening ofter but i would like to know if someone ever faced this issue.

Hey Richard,

If you're having an issue with the widget, I'd suggest reaching out to support so they can get your issues sorted out. In relation to the documentation, what with the docs you've listed are you wanting updated?
