During import tickets process we use the API hostUrl/incremental/
It seems like we got ticket numbers that are not valid, since I got error when I tried look it up with 2 ways:
- The API of hostUrl/tickets/<ticket number>/
comments returned http code of 404 - When I tried to see this ticket in the ZD portal I got the a message of "this page doesn't exist"
How can it be that the incremental API (which normally returns valid ticket numbers) is returning from time to time tickets that cannot be accessed (or seem like not existing)
