Is there an API to get call data about tickets? number of calls for a ticket, metrics for each call, etc? We're getting overall ticket metrics, but want to be able to see call time, recording time, agent interaction time, etc...
Cannot find the right things in the API. Thinking "Ticket Activities" might be the right avenue, but is that correct? Thanks!
I'm not terribly familiar with the talk api's, though I think you're right to use the "Ticket Activities" endpoint. I've passed your question along to the talk team, if they advise differently - I'll let you know!
