API - Create request(anonymous) RecordInvalid

I made an anonymous "create request" through postman, but it says record invalid.

On the other hand, if I make an authenticated request, the ticket was made well.

I typed the same in json and copied and typed the same in cURL as it says in API documentation, but I get 422 error. 

what could be the reason..?

    I was confused because it was an error I've never seen before.
    As you said, another team member created a new custom field.
