I have an issue that just started occurring, when doing api calls with method GET on “/api/v2/users”, sometimes it returns well the result, sometimes Internal Error 500, it is really random.
Tried on several subdomains that I have access to, and it seems to impact all zendesk customers.
Could you help me and reach to the zendesk dev team to see what's happening, please ?

Same issue faced by me as well for multiple subdomains and the error was random.
For few subdomains even after multiple retries it failed. I couldn't find any updates from Zendesk regarding this.
