Allowing Zendesk web hooks to have the functionality of listening to events that occur outside of Zendesk will be great to have and will decrease development need, dependencies and will make the integration process easy from any system to Zendesk

Hi there! Is this a request for a specific listener in a specific system? Generally speaking, you would want to rely on the other service to be able to send it's own data to Zendesk, but if this is for a particular system, please share more about your use case!
