Airtable integration error

Hello,
I’m trying to plug Airtable into Zendesk. Even though I’ve set all the access role correctly (Admin), I still have an error message saying “You do not have access to this page. Please contact the account owner of this help desk for further help.

Any idea on why I have this issue?

Hi Sandra! I'm not familiar with Airtable, so could you provide some more information about what you're trying to access and where you're receiving this error?

Hello @greg29

 

I want to receive Zendesk's new tickets directly into a specific table of Airtable. (see screenshot attached)

But when I try to synch the view, I have an error message saying

You do not have access to this page. Please contact the account owner of this help desk for further help.” Even though, I've got an admin role level (screenshot attached)

Unfortunately, I'm not at all sure how Airtable connects to us, so it's difficult to say exactly what the underlying issue might be. Have you reached out to their support team to see if they can help narrow the issue down? If so, did they have any specific information that we could assist with on our side?
