Hi Everyone,
In our site, there is a contact us page.
I would like to add a support request form in that page and that it would integrate with zendesk business rules.
I don't want to add a widget or anything else - just a contact form page with ticket fields and etc..
Is there a way I can do that?

In setting up a ticket form, without the web widget, to your “contact us” page, the available option we recommend to you is setting it up via API.
