Can i know how to make a phone number as a tags in zendesk instance

Hello Teja,

Before I can (try to) answer your question, I have some other questions:

  • What number would you like to store? The customer's phone number or your support number?
  • Where do you want to store it? On the ticket or user?
  • What is the purpose? Do you want to trigger certain logic, is this for reporting, etc.

If it's about storing the customer's number then the Zendesk user has a phone attribute that you can use for the primary number. This would be the most 'formal' way to do it.
